Job Opening: HR Manager (Recruitment Expert with Overseas Hiring and BPO Expertise)

TSL Conglomerate SDN. BHD. is thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager. We are seeking an expert in recruitment with a specialization in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and extensive experience in overseas hiring. Join our dynamic organization and play a key role in shaping our global talent acquisition strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier BPO professionals for positions within our organization, both locally and internationally.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers, immigration consultants, and legal advisors to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations for overseas hiring.

Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and partners in target countries to support our overseas talent acquisition efforts.

Develop and implement effective onboarding and integration programs to facilitate the seamless transition of overseas hires into our organization.

Stay up-to-date with immigration policies and regulations across different countries to ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR certifications are a plus.

Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR/recruitment leadership role within the BPO industry, with a focus on overseas hiring.

Extensive knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and legal requirements related to overseas hiring and immigration.

Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations within the BPO industry and across different countries.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) for managing recruitment and overseas hiring processes.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
