**Responsibilities**
- To update and maintain employee records, attendance, leave
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
- Assisting in recruitment activities
- Well organize & manage confidential documents, records & maintain on organized filling for smooth data retrieving
- Administer contracts for office cleaning, pest control, office maintenance
- Assists with documentation preparation for Foreign Worker Management e.g Immigration documents & Internal signatures
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in HR Management or related field
- At least 1 year related working experience in related field
- Familiar with Malaysia Labour Laws and statutory requirements
- **High level of confidentiality and integrity**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good working attitude, discipline and willing to learn

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
