We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our HR Specialist. This role is based in our office and involves collaborating closely with the HR Specialist, who primarily works in client offices. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in various administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR Specialist.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR Specialist in coordinating recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Plan and coordinate internal team-building activities to enhance team collaboration and morale.
- Organize and manage celebrations for festivals and special occasions within the office.
- Record accurate and comprehensive minutes during internal meetings.
- Oversee office cleaning and maintenance, ensuring a clean and conducive working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Willing to based/ work at **Cheras**:

- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative capacity is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
