With a presence in Malaysia, Taiwan, UK, and Australia, and over a decade of experience in marketing, business strategy, and technological solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality professional services to support global clients in their market expansion within Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region. Our Malaysia branch, established in 2018, boasts two well-appointed offices and approximately 80 employees, focusing on providing exceptional manpower outsourcing solutions to our clients in Hong Kong.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular performance reviews in collaboration with department managers.
- Administer and track employee leaves, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.
- Address leave-related queries and provide guidance to employees.
- Regularly update and maintain the employee handbook.
- Communicate policy changes and ensure understanding among employees.
- Administer employee benefits and coordinate wellness activities to enhance employee welfare.
- Prepare and distribute memos and notices to employees as needed.
- Ensure timely communication of important information.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Proficient in reading and typing in Chinese.
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in HR-related field preferred.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Labor Law, Performance Management.
