Assistant - Human Resource (Foreign Workers

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. To act and liaise with the statutory bodies, Immigration, Embassy and any other
government bodies in relation to human resource matters.
prepare Foreign Worker payroll.
3. To submit related documents to Immigration for foreign worker matter, eg, Renewal of
work permit, Check Out Memo, Special Pass, etc.
4. Handle all foreign workers affairs as below:
- a. prepare FOMEMA form, bring workers to clinic, update FOMEMA result.
b. bring workers to bank to open bank account, replace bank card.
c. prepare and update payroll team for SOCSO update in ASSIST Portal.
d. to arrange hostel for foreign workers and ensure the foreign workers’ hostel are well maintained.
e. verify on foreign worker document.
f. liaise with insurance agent on IG, SPIKPHA and SPPA matters.
g. go to respective embassy for passport renewal.
h. bring workers to clinic/hospital.
i. sport check workers’ hostels.
j. report police for those run away, go police station and immigration to settle foreign
worker matter.
k. arrange air ticket / taxi for those foreign workers who are on home leave or end
contract.
5. To Compile and keep proper records for all foreign workers Annual Leave, Medical Leave and other leaves.
6. To maintain proper filing of all personnel documents and records
7. To organize Induction Programmed for new foreign workers. Conduct or arrange trainings for continuous improvement of employee.
8. To inform the Manager - Human Resource immediately if inconsistency and/or fraud are discovered in any related matter.
9. To carry out other Human Resource and administrative related tasks as assigned by the company from time to time.
10. To perform such other function as may be assigned from time to time.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cheras Selangor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
