Human Resource Executive

This position will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the Company goals and initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To register/ renew/ terminate FWCS
- Annual working permit renewal of foreign workers
- Ensuring proper maintenance and update worker’s data
- FOMEMA arrangement for timely check-up
- Highlighting and handling worker’s recruitment, resignation, end of contract and long leave
- Monitoring worker’s accommodations, flight tickets, taxi booking, etc
- Police report arrangement for runaway foreign worker and document preparation as required by Immigration for cancelation of working permit
- Liaising with Embassy
- To comply to all government and statutory requirements for direct labor
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or relevant studies.
- At least three (3) years of related experience.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Possess own transport and able to travel whenever necessary.
- Experience in dealing with FOMEMA, Immigration, JTK and other government agencies in relevant with foreign workers is an added advantage.
- Mature, good personality and high integrity in managing tasks assigned.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and deal with deadlines.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
