Human Resources Executive, Payroll

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Must have at least 3 years working experience in managing payroll.
- Able to write and speak Mandarin, English and Malay language.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Good time management skills, deadline oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Capable of working with little supervision and a team player.
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- Prepare and handle Malaysia's monthly payroll.
- Review Overseas’s monthly payroll.
- Manage staff's life cycle procedures, including hiring confirmation, probationary extensions, firing, resignation, contract renewal, and attendance monitoring.
- Manage bank submission files, payroll computations, payroll reports, monthly statutory reports, accounts reports, and other documents.
- Organize HR reports, including payroll breakdown, movement, headcount, and summary reports.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
