**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3 years experience in related field
- Able to work independently and resourceful
- Attention to detail is a prerequisite and able to complete job task with accuracy and reliabilty
- Good communication skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist superior in the analysis and extraction of various accounting data and meet the timeline
- Assist superior in clerical functions
- Perform office administration task
- Prepare invoices and renovation agreements for clients
- Follow up on debtors payment
- Prepare Purchase Orders to vendors
- Handle office administration matters
- Others administration job related to HR matter
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
- Perform any other duties/ assignments as assigned by the superior

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
