Success will be contributing to the overall People Plan for your specific business groups. You will report to the APAC (Asia Pacific) Employee Success (ES) Director and work closely with your colleagues within the ES Team and the business leaders.

Day-to-day, you will:

- Partner with functional and divisional leadership teams, providing consultative expertise and guidance on people matters, ranging from organisation design, recruitment, employee development and engagement.
- Act as a trusted adviser to leaders and provide guidance, support, and coaching
- Call upon specialist in the wider ES Team when appropriate to achieve the best outcome
- Manage key stakeholders across the relevant Access group of companies
- Act as a stellar role model throughout the business and live our values
- Influence and challenge strategic people plan within the functional and divisional leadership teams.
- Collaborate with the wider People team on key initiatives
- Work closely with the ES Operations team
- Promote best practice.
- Focus on Access being a great place to work
- Actively give and seek feedback to continually improve, understanding that input from others is helpful and leads to better outcomes

As a well-rounded HR Professional, your Skills and Experiences include:

- HR degree and or equivalent qualifications and currently working as a HR Partner
- Sound working knowledge of ANZ employment legislation and a willingness to learn about relevant legislations across APAC
- Knowledge of Australian modern awards would be advantageous
- You will have strong planning and prioritisation skills; you use both stakeholder inputs and good judgement to know what’s important and what can wait
- Communication and great rapport building are your strengths; you are able to draw upon real experience of relationships you have successfully managed
- You are a team player who is resourceful and does not shy away from rolling up your sleeves up and getting stuck in
- A commitment to self-development and lifelong learning
- Prepared to go outside of your comfort zone and be ready to fail fast, it is the best way to grow
- Strong and passionate character, plenty of self-drive and energy
- Proactive and solutions focused approach with a high level of attention to detail
- You are resilient and comfortable with transparency, ambiguity, and rapid change
- Role will occasionally cross time zones and so a flexibility of working hours would be anticipated
