As a Sales Representative (Telesales), you’ll do just that. Join this vibrant team of 30 over young and fun Smile Architects and be the voice that guides people towards their dream smiles with cutting-edge orthodontics solutions.

**Key Responsibilities (Where you will spend the most time on)**:

- Initiate outbound calls, reaching out to prospects from the meticulously curated lead lists and databases.
- Become an expert Smile Architect in the products and services they have, and passionately share the unique features and benefits to the prospects.
- Build meaningful connections with the prospects by tuning into their needs and customizing your approach for a perfect fit.
- Aim high and hit higher, as you consistently meet and even surpass the monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance indicators.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by literally putting a smile on their face Skilfully handling inquiries, resolving any hiccups, and ensuring that every customer interaction ends in a satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- At least 1 year of proven experience in telesales or outbound sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
- English (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Cheras Selangor (required)

Ability to Relocate:
