**Position**:Permanent
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to manage and execute daily documentation tasks, including the preparation of quotations, packing lists, pro forma invoices, and invoices.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all documentation involved in customer orders and deliveries.
- Monitor and track deliveries to customers, coordinating on logístical matters to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with established procedures.
- Liaise with Production and Purchasing personnel to facilitate seamless order processing.
- Interact with customers to respond promptly and professionally to order inquiries, providing necessary information and support.
- Undertake project work and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
- Collaborate with logistic, transport, and shipping departments to manage delivery schedules and handle related documentation for daily business activities.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and back-end support for the sales team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers regarding pricing and delivery terms to optimize procurement processes.

**Requirement**:

- Proficiency in using relevant software and Microsoft Office for document preparation and data entry.
- Min education level: SPM
- Able to speak in Mandarin, Malay and English
- Min 2 years of equivelant working experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
