Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kuala Lumpur for a Sales Support Executive. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for managing the contract (Reviewing contracts ) to the sales team, managing customer inquiries, handling orders, and coordinating logistics. The Sales Support Executive will also be responsible for preparing reports, conducting research, and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing and revising contracts, following up with clients, and collaborating with the Business Development team Liaison with headquarters
- Manage the SAPS system
- Compelling billing and provide it to finance team to pull down the invoice and update to BD team which client did not pay
- Keep client information up to current, such as contract renewal and expiration dates.

- Reviewing and compiling billing information and generate outstanding payment listing for relevant team. Keep track of outstanding debts and notify relevant team for collection.
- Provide follow up to existing and new clients for any order related issues.
- Work closely with the team from our HQ and handle full logistic process. Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction
**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business law, administration, marketing, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in procurement, indoor sales and also logistics field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in a sales support or customer service role is a plus
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Malay
