Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Administration: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, managing schedules, and organizing sales meetings.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and quotations. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team during client meetings and product demonstrations. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to the sales manager and team.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: min 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role. Experience in a sales environment is highly desirable.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
