Sales Admin

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Manage and maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Monitor and optimize Facebook ads campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook & Instagram (or other related Social Media)
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and online advertising.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
