- Responsibilities:_
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of our clinic, ensuring that each client receives exceptional service. Your ability to speak fluent Mandarin, English and Malay is of utmost importance to us.
Your key responsibilities include:

- _Client Interaction:_
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about our services and address client inquiries with enthusiasm.
- _Appointment Scheduling:_
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings and follow-up procedures.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless scheduling process.
- _Client Experience Enhancement:_
- Go the extra mile to create a positive and memorable experience for clients.
- Actively listen to client feedback and work towards continuous improvement.
- _Administrative Support:_
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the clinic.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
- _Cross-functional Collaboration:_
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and harmonious work environment.
- Contribute ideas for enhancing overall clinic efficiency.
- Qualifications:_
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with aesthetic procedures and services is a plus.
- ⁠Able to speak fluent Mandarin, English and Malay
