About the Role
The role is responsible for the preparation of management reporting for both Mortgage and Real Estate Investment. Incumbent will ensure implementation of new business initiatives as part of system support. He/she will be responsible to support in the operational work including disbursements, reconciliation, recovery, underwriting, and access card.
- Responsible in ensuring the team response to customer’s enquiries / complaints.
- Responsible in preparing reply to Bank Negara Malaysia’s complaints.
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction and Quality program results ensuring that established reporting and performance measurement activities are met and trends are identified.
- Review Journal entries prior to posting for manager’s approval.
- Review and ensure meeting the submission timeline for all management and regulatory reports.
- Prepare user requirements and test plan for UAT.
- Responsible in ensuring annual AML checks are conducted timely.
- Responsible to prepare the department’s annual business forecast and budget for timely submission.
- Responsible in ensuring empanelment of developers’ projects, mortgage solicitors, valuers, brokers and IFA are submitted in timely manner.
- Responsible in monitoring that the access card requests from business users are attended to in timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Finance/ Banking/ Economics/ Legal or any other relevant education or related experiences.
- Have at least 6 years of related working experience in financial services industry on credit, operations, audit, and/or compliance.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Conversant with Legal/ Statutory/ Regulatory policies and guidelines relating to Debt and Collection Laws and Practices.
- Other skills - proficiency in MS Office, effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Result driven and effective in managing team and other stakeholders.
