To strengthen our team we are looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager to work as the liaison between WithSecure and our key partners and customers within South East Asia with focus on Malaysia. Are you passionate about growing business through people? Do you have a track record of solution selling to resellers and customers in Malaysia? **Key Responsibilities**
- Attract and recruit new partners in the South East Asian market.
- Nurture existing partner relationships and increase retention of customers and partners.
- Up & cross-sell via current partners to enhance portfolio expansion.
- Bring new end customers to Withsecure and it’s partner ecosystem.
- Develop and implement (new) sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales success.
- Optimize the usage of our complete portfolio of services and software.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Cooperate closely with Marketing colleagues to implement local marketing activities.
- For direct sales - direct prospecting of potential new regional account.
**What are we looking for?**
- At least 5 years of working experience in a sales position
- Knowledge of the local Malaysian market (Partners and Customers)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Passion for helping new and existing customers with their cyber security needs while achieving
results and exceeding goals
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to understand and communicate complex
technical products and services to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A self-starting mentality with a high degree of responsibility awareness
- Proactive way of working and ability to initiate and prioritize tasks independently
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English
