Job Description As an Art Event Assistant, your role will involve providing vital support in the planning, coordination, and execution of art-related events. -Assist in the dismantling and cleanup of the event space after the event concludes. -Monitor the event to ensure that everything is running smoothly and according to plan. -Assist with crowd control, line management, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees. -Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Guest Services: -Greet and assist attendees as they arrive at the event. -Provide information about the event, artists, and schedule to attendees. -Address any inquiries, concerns, or issues from attendees in a professional and friendly manner. Requirements -Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. -Contribute to the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including flyers, social media posts, and press releases. -Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. -Strong organizational and multitasking skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. -A passion for the arts and a basic understanding of art terminology.
Hanging Art Studio is an event company that specializes in a wide range of Art Services, our mission is to create memorable experiences and memories for clients. We currently operate a chain of studio providing art classes for young learners, teenagers and adults. We offer various art classes for individuals, companies’ team building workshops and private events. Currently, we are expanding and looking for team members to join our new studio.
