Job Overview
- Responsibly handles a variety of administrative tasks in support of our classes
- Communicates with customers professionally
- Adapts well to a variety of tasks and responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Updates term timetables
- Keeps all noticeboards organized and updated
- Produces class register files every term
- Assists customers with class changes as needed
- Supports the student registration process
- Liaises between teachers, parents, and students
- Purchases goods and equipment as needed
- Orders teaching materials for both students and teachers
- Creates and manages student reports and certificates
- Enrols new students, receives payments, and manages refunds
- Communicates clearly the programme offerings at DLC
- Responds to all staff and customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Dresses in a modest and in professional manner
- Regularly attends team meetings and professional development trainings as required
- Completes any other duties or projects in support of DLC's operations
- Maintains standards of conduct reflective of Dynamic Language Centre
- Works 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 45 per week

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- On call
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
