**Job Description**:
Schedule meetings, record minutes, create forms, drafting agendas, and all other work in connection with company secretarial practice.

Provide support to the Directors of the Company with minimum supervision.

Maintaining confidential records and information.

Assist in the day-to-day office operation, admin activities not limited to phone calls, pantry supplies, office supplies and maintenance, Directors claims, filing documents. Photocopies, scans and files appropriate documents.

Handling any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by Director from time to time.To manage, coordinate and maintain correspondence, reports documentations, meeting and appointment.

To communicate with clients, visitors and vendors. To represent director to conduct certain meetings.

Make travel and hotel arrangements as needed.

Responsible for general office administrative functions including monitoring office supplies/ expenses.

Required to assist on ad-hoc task when necessary.

Requirements

Preferably executive specialized in marketing/management or equivalent.

Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with internal and external parties.

Possess good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Possess good multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Good initiative, self-motivated, excellent self-discipline, able to work under pressure and efficiently.

Proven work experience in similar role like admin, PA or operation executive.

Professional attitude and appearance.

Possess own transport.
