Job Title: Executive Assistant
Role Summary:
As an Executive Assistant, you will work within the Industrial and Energy Technology division, KL Malaysia and will be reporting to the Sales Director Asia Pacific. You will involve in providing support to sales & commercial administration related request such as travel arrangement, expense claim, & general administration duties.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management team
Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule
Manage phone calls and correspondence
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Coordinate office activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Have Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
any field or proven experience as an Executive Assistant, office assistant or relevant role will be an advantage
Have 5-10 years of experience in a corporate office setting
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent organizational skills
Have a good sense of urgency, ability to response with quick turnaround time
Have ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Have working knowledge of service request management tools, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power point, Word), Concur, travel desk booking.
