Front Office Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for maintaining & developing efficient front office operations through planning, organizing, staffing, executing and controlling the functions of the department in line with the highest level of performance and quality standard of hotel is expected.
- To be accountable for the operations of the whole Front Office.
- To establish systems, policies and procedures for each respective function of the many sections in the Front Office.
- To plan, organize and manage the staffing of the whole Front Office functions.
- To be responsible for maintaining maximizing the rooms revenue through strategic planning and allocations of rooms.
- To cooperate with other department heads to ensure coordination of Front Office activities being carried out effectively and efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Organizational skills to function effectively with attention to detail while meeting established deadlines.
- Perception and awareness of individual needs, the ability to handle all situations.
- Innovative, creative and self-driven.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
