Position: Customer Support - Mandarin
Location: Petaling Jaya
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Working days: Monday to Friday

**Salary**: Up to RM8,000

**Requirements**:

- Able to speak, read and write in Chinese (simplified and traditional)
- SPM and above
- Has customer service experience preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs, translate them into tasks, and set clear delivery expectations.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and turn customer requests into actions.
- Resolve customer issues by addressing the real problem, not just closing cases. Follow business rules and say no to inappropriate requests.
- Be proactive, considering broader customer account needs beyond individual cases.
- Focus on business outcomes and customer satisfaction, maintaining good performance standards.
- Own customer requests, use support resources to resolve issues, and know when to ask for help. Work with global agents to solve problems.
- Collaborate with different teams and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify issues, perform RCA on unsatisfactory cases, and work with Process Owners to prevent future problems.
- Share knowledge from customer interactions with the team.
- Seek out process improvements and automation opportunities, and develop ideas with the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
