**Working Hours**
9.00 am - 6.00 pm (Monday-Friday)
9.00 am - 1.00pm (Saturday)
**(Flexible time)**
- Experiences as HR Coordinator / Admin assistant
- Diploma in Human Resources
- Handling full spectrum of administration and secretarial duties within the department.
- Managing and monitoring all documents/contracts signed with supplier and vendor.
- Ensure proper and accurate filling for all correspondence and documents.
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and reports
- Responsible to arrange and coordinate any appointment, travelling schedule, hotel and air ticket bookings as and when needed
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries and any other correspondence.
- Handle incoming phone calls.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management.
- HR Coordinator

**Can start IMMEDIATELY.**
