Job Description:

- **Human Resource**:

- To manage the cycle of recruitment and employment processes for permanent, contract, internship and associate including job posting, screening and shortlisting, conduct interview, employment letter preparation, on-boarding etc.
- To manage the full cycle of resignation processes that aligned with internal policies and procedures e.g., acceptance of resignation letter preparation, exit interview arrangement, staff exit clearance etc.
- To manage the HR system and administer proper filing of new and resign employees’ personal file upon hiring.
- To administer the internal staff movement e.g., promotion, confirmation/extension, transfer, secondment, and others.
- To assist in supporting employee relations and welfare such as company’s events and activities, as and when required e.g., employee engagement, team building, annual dinner etc.
- To attend to incoming enquiries from employees which are related to rewards and benefits e.g., mobile phone registration, petrol card, medical claims, payroll matters etc.
- To collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) in establishing department-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for coordination within each department
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top-tier talent across various functions within the organization.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and operations.
- To manage the HR system and administer proper filing of new and resign employees’ personal file upon hiring.
- To assist in supporting employee relations and welfare such as company’s events and activities, as and when required e.g., employee engagement, team building, annual dinner etc.
- To attend to incoming enquiries from employees which are related to rewards and benefits e.g., mobile phone registration, petrol card, medical claims, payroll matters etc.
- Execute the checklist to ensure the comprehensive updating of records for both onboarding and departing staff members
- To advertise job vacancies effectively, we will utilize multiple recruitment channels.

**Administration**
- Facilitate internal coordination of training programs.
- Manage the renewal of the M.G.O.C business license.
- Execute tasks related to the information technology system
- To ensure building insurance in record
- To keep inventory summary

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred
- Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize task and meeti deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work task
- Ability to handle sensetive and confidential information with discreation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and workload.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in human resource field
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, team player and dynamic person.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
- Well verse in Info Tech (HR information system) is an added advantage.

**Working Experience**

Minimum 1 year of experience as an administration staff with exposure to asset management and building maintenance
