**HR (50%)**
**- Recruitment - To lead all recruitment activities.**

**o Sourcing through job boards, universities, social media, direct referrals, et-cetera.**

**o To prepare employment contracts for successful hire.**
**- Onboarding - To provide orientation briefing to new joiners.**
**- Training & Development - To monitor and maintain employees’ learning and performance records.**
**- To monitor and maintain records on staff attendance and leaves.**
**- Payroll administration and processing (salaries, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, et-cetera).**
**- To create and/or maintain HR related documents (e.g. staff record, employment contracts, company handbook, policies, et-cetera).**

**2. Administration (30%)**
**- Prepare and send invoices to clients.**
**- Follow up payment collection with clients.**
**- Prepare monthly payments (utilities, rental, et-cetera).**
**- Prepare company tax submission (e.g. SST/GST, corporate income tax, et-cetera).**
**- To monitor on company’s licenses and policies renewal (staff insurance, MBPJ, fire insurance, et-cetera).**
**- Submit weekly reports (e.g. 4DX, sales, collection, financial, bookkeeping, et-cetera).**
**- Perform office purchases (stationery, equipment, pantry supplies, groceries, et-cetera).**
**- To supervisor office cleanliness and upkeeping (office cleaner, air-conditioning servicing, et-cetera) in ensuring safe, healthy and conducive work environment.**

**3. Operations and Business Development Support (10%)**

- To support in company’s marketing events e.g. prepare seasonal greetings content, participants list, invitation, venue and supplier sourcing.**

**4. Accounting (10%)**
**- General bookkeeping and accounting tasks.**

**5.To perform any other duty as assigned.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,938.75 - RM4,443.47 per month
