Join our vibrant team at EzyOffice, a leading interior design and renovation company in Kota Damansara, as our HR/Admin As a crucial part of our operations, you'll ensure the smooth running of our office while managing HR tasks to keep our team happy and productive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires (orientation, setup of workstations) and offboarding process (asset handover, employee exit form)
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings and prepare offer letters)
- Maintain employee records (e.g., attendance, leave records, performance evaluations) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage and initiate payments for employee salaries, claims, office bills and contributions.
- Assist in organizing company events and outings to foster team spirit.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources/admin/related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration and HR roles, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to take direction both positive and negative feedback.
- Willing to work in Kota Damansara.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
