- Provide admin support for HR & Admin Executive in full spectrum of the HR job scope for the Company and its subsidiaries
- Organize and update company HR and administrative related records and documentation
- Manage and update HR database such as hiring and termination, sick leaves, and warning letters
- Assist in payroll management (preparation and payment)
- Prepare and manage paperwork for HR policies and procedures, as well as administrative sides such as DO, invoice and monthly report.
- Provide answers to employee queries
- Help in recruitment process
- Assist in other adhoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- At least 1 year of related work experience or related
- Positive, energetic and teamplayer
- Must have own transport
