HR AND ADMIN OFFICER

Full Job Description
To assist HR Executives / Manager in daily HR administration

1.

Attendance & Payroll:


  • Responsible in handling company's staffs' & trainees' attendance record; daily download from attendance system and submission by weekly/monthly.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)

2.

Upkeep Company's Vehicle & Premises:


  • Responsible in handling all company's vehicle and Premises matters such as insurance, road tax, and others.

3.

Office Upkeep & Maintenance:


  • Assist in office upkeep and maintenance of the company.
  • Responsible in collection of company's warehouse utilities bills i.e., TNB, Syabas, etc.

4.

Recruitment:


  • Prepare all HR correspondence documents and letters on recruitment, termination, confirmation, transfer, renewal etc.

5.

Monthly Claim:


  • Responsible in checking and processing staffs & trainees monthly claims.

6.

Others:


  • Assist in administrative and clerical task such as mail, courier arrangement, cheque bankin, etc.
  • Organize and maintain proper office filling and records system.
  • Handle basic correspondence, documentation, and followup functions.
  • Support overall HR administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation including attend to staff enquiries.

Job Requirement:

  • Qualification
  • Possess minimum Diploma in Human Resource / Business Management / Business Study / Business Admin / Psychology and any equivalent.
  • Job Experience
  • Preferably those who have 2 years' experience in HR & Admin function.
  • Skills
  • Good communication skills, spoken and written in English.
  • Able to work independently with less supervisory.
  • Able to work under pressure & meet the deadline.
  • Initiative, proactive & positive work attitude
  • Proficient with SQL and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) will be added advantage.

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time

Salary:
Up to RM2,500.00 per month
