HR & Admin Officer

a) Answering employee questions and processing incoming mail.
b) Creating and distributing important documents to the manager or staff.
c) Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data every month especially for UBS payroll.
d) Maintaining calendars of HR management team every month.
f) Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notify eligible workers of position availability.
g) Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process by explaining company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
h) Responsible for the proper maintenance and up-to-date data of all employees’ personal files and HR documents.
a) Handle secretarial/admin duties such as; collection and dispatch memo, letters, etc., type and filling memo, letters, etc.,
b) Handle minor disciplinary cases such as absent and late for work.
c) Responsible for the staff welfare and benefits.
d) Keep track and monitor all staff leave records and ensure staff personal data, staff movement and leave are well maintain and up-to-date.
e) Prepare monthly payroll for employees and do their monthly payment for SOCSO, EPF, and PCB.
f) Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
