Human Resources Officer

Job Description:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems - Provide counseling on policies and procedures - Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process - Create and implement effective onboarding plans - Develop training and development programs for existing & new employee - Assist in performance management processes - Monitoring employee's performance & Disciplinary, Benefits and Compensation - Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements - Handle staff welfare & HR administrative task - Handling work permits and licensing - Assist with payroll process Job Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year working experience as HR Officer with proven track record - Has experience in recruitment process & databases - Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) - Knowledge of Employment Law and Sabah Labor Ordinance - Bachelor Degree in Human Resource - Good Interpersonal skills - Able to work 6 day a week - Preferably to starts immediately - Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude - Strong ethics and reliability Benefits:
