**Job Scope**:

- Take charge of daily operations with enthusiasm and precision. Master inventory management, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished as needed. Dive into logistics like a pro, coordinating shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Become the bridge that connects departments and fosters collaboration. Work closely with different teams, facilitating effective communication and smooth workflow across the organization. Transform work into a fantastic adventure by promoting teamwork and synergy.
- Cast your spell on office equipment, ensuring they are always in top shape. Take charge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and liaising with relevant vendors for repairs. Wave your magic wand and create an enchanting work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Collaborate with team members to implement streamlined procedures, contributing to a more productive and optimized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling you to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and foster positive working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
