1. Monitor and control incoming and outgoing goods and update records in excel and the MRP system. 2 Maintain and create address system in the warehouse. 3 Register and update MIT system and handover to HOS for distribution to storekeeper. 4 To establish & maintain accurate monthly stock report for mm reference. & To conduct and compile Monthly Stock Audit for verification purposes 5. To establish standard packing for supplier. 6. To verify raw material status at third party and to produce report accordingly. 7. proper filing of documents and records to ensure traceability. 8. Ensure workplace is kept neat and tidy by implementing 5S. 9. To keep close liason with procurement department on parts that need to be sent out to supplier and prepare all necessary documents. 10. To update MIT status on daily basis for management reference. 11. To receive daily cycle count report from HOS for compilation and report to Store Manager. To report on non-moving stock in every quarter. 12. Monitor and ensure that all RTVN have been served properly and do filing.
