We are seeking potential talent who is attention to detail, accurate, responsible, independent, initiative, customer-oriented, and interested in joining our HR and Admin Team.

**Accountabilities**

Human Resources (30%)
- Assist in verification and updating employees’ medical claims
- Generate official internal documents such as HR announcements, letters etc.

Administration (70%)
- Prepare, check and submit claim forms and related documentations
- Responsible as the main contact point between finance and external parties for invoicing, billing and payment
- Responsible to assist sales department by updating market information to existing client
- Answering phones, screening calls before directing it to the appropriate person or department
- Assist operations in any company activities and events such as team building, company trip and any office celebrations
- Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system
- To undertake all administrative duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management

**Experience & Skills**
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Internship working experience in general office administration support is preferred
- Well organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (required)
- admin: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Bahasa Melayu (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Kuantan (required)

Ability to Relocate:
