Internship On Human Resource

Recruitment and selection activities -Assist on scheduling and arranging for interview, handling pre-employment process on preparing staff card, employee handbook, stationery, laptop and etc.
- Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures including staff attendance and leave records, process expenses claims, medical claims, OT and allowance calculation.
- Assist in preparing necessary reports.
- Assist in training and development activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Assist for communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and management, statutory and government agencies, insurers, and other outside parties on HR related matters.
- Assist to organise induction program for new employees.
- Any ad-hoc HR assignments/events/activities.
- Office and administrative responsibilities.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
