**Recruitment**
1. Handle the end to end hiring process for PJO vacancies.
2. Maintain & update PJO vacancy records/tracking
3. Prepare salary proposal & offer letters (overall PJO)
4. To ensure all recruitment process, procedure & policy are aligned with Company standards & ISO requirements. Support audit
5. To plan, propose & initiate 101Ki Protégé Program for HSMB & manage the program progression thru out the period including protégé’s training plan.
6. Manage & evaluate (together with HOS) on # of agencies, agreement & review agency performance.
7. To prepare & blast HMSB New Joiners poster on monthly basis.
**HR Operation (HR Services)**:
▪ Handle PJO associate injury/accident-related matters (Socso claim, liaising with asso & asso superior, sending to hospital etc.)
▪ Handle PJO associate employment & movement (confirmation, probation extension, transfer etc).
▪ Handle on HR Services matters & enquiries from associates i.e. medical & benefits matters etc.
▪ Handle on PJO resignations matters (exist procedures, tracking, reports, turnover etc).
▪ Support/Assist: on PJO associate OP/GHS/GPA/GTL registration
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
