Hayat Technologies is a specialized health-tech analytics and digital solutions provider. We distinctively tailor data-driven solutions for clients seeking to address unique challenges rather than offering generic technology platforms. By initiating problem identification, Hayat delves deep into data, both nationally and locally, to propose industry-relevant solutions or custom-built strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting potential users, impactful product demonstrations, portraying the product features, communicating the value of the proposed solution. The Executive/Senior Executive is expected to assist the Chief Commercial Officer, Business Unit and, occasionally, the Chief Executive Officer in attending external meetings with prospective/current business leads and stakeholders.
- Conduct research that exposes useful market insights and customer feedback that improves the image of Hayat Technologies’ solutions by mirroring clearly the answer to the target customers’ needs and wants. This will include leveraging such research to build and grow out the customer base for business lines while ensuring consistent iteration on scalable and profitable strategies.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase the Hayat Technologies’ visibility and expand professional networks.
- Pitch the solution clearly and convincingly to internal stakeholders as well as all external leads and clients.
- Providing feedback/suggestions to improve/streamline sales, marketing and product development strategies.

**Hiring Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development. Proven experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- An academic or professional background in healthcare, pharma or life sciences would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong networking and relationship building skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business software.
- Fluency in both Malay and English language is a must.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
