**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As a vital member of our global team, you’ll be responsible for managing a regional marketing budget, developing, and reporting on the success of marketing campaigns, preparing for upcoming trade shows, and handling internal and external communications across social media platforms. Join the EAD MarCom team in APAC as we strategically enhance awareness of our initiatives in the region, such as driving the energy transition forward. Your role will be essential within our fast-paced, agile team, collaborating closely with all levels of the EAD organization.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Design and implement targeted customer webinars, campaigns (including digital media), and support participation in tradeshows and conferences
- Actively support in the further development of a virtual sales enhancement tool
- Actively drive internal engagement via platforms such as Viva Engage, newsletters, MS Stream, etc. and support regional BU town halls and business conferences
- Assist in the development of annual marketing and communications strategy, including budget planning
- Collaborate with regional teams to reinforce and align marketing activities
- Supporting and compiling market and industry insights to drive growth and innovation

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree in communications, marketing or related field
- 8-10 years of relevant experience working on interdisciplinary teams, with a focus on communications and marketing
- Experience in maritime, oil & gas, chemicals or process industries
- The ability to turn technical information into engaging content for cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Understanding of lead generation, with experience in targeted customer events, portfolio placement, including performance monitoring with KPIs, benchmarking and market analysis
- First-hand experience with internal communications and employee engagement, fostering recognition, collaboration and sharing
- Entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on attitude, effective networking and collaboration skills, independent work style, flexible and well-structured communications
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, required; experience with data automation, and artificial intelligence
- Good command of English required; Chinese language a plus to support region China, but not mandatory
