**The Opportunity**

Our partner, is a Fast growing, venture-backed health tech and wellness start-up. Leverage technology to simplify consumer health, starting with personalized vitamin and supplement recommendations based on people’s unique diet, lifestyle, and health goals — delivered monthly to their doorstep. Currently looking for a **Customer Service Representative **that will provide back-office support to the customer service team onshore.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform basic administration tasks such as logging information in a spreadsheet, or adding notes to an order file
- Perform admin tasks on orders such as checking addresses and contacting customers for more information
- Updating weekly reports using basic data entry skills

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Back Office Retail or B2C, or any related skills.
- Customer service qualifications/experience (retail or B2C) including written and verbal customer communication.
- Experience using a back-office system and CRM platforms for customer contact and administration.
- Ability to adhere closely to policies, procedures, and operating frameworks.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Experience working with Australian customers and colleagues would be an advantage.
