**SCOPE OF ROLE**:
**To ensure smooth and efficient operation of outlet. Operate the outlet as a business unit as per the standards and procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve outlet goals in terms of guest satisfaction, financial targets, training and high employee morale.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES: What you will do ?**

**To achieve outlet goals, in terms of guest satisfaction, financial targets, training and high team morale.**
- Manage the work of staff, closely in order to provide courteous and efficient service to all guests.
- Enforce the correct sequence of service beyond expectation is done. Conduct training of the staff to maintain the highest possible service standards.
- Conducts in a manner expected commanding respect from fellow colleagues and help construct a strong team atmosphere.
- Ability to maintain and develop an elegantly appointed environment, with superior staff, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for all dining periods.
- To drive sustainability of the outlet by driving revenue while ensuring a high standard of service during hours of operations.
- Take part in hiring, training, supervises and disciplines all staff.
- Enforce the correct and consistent service techniques for various meal periods will be demonstrated by all staff.
- Anticipate, in advance, all materials and supplies and assure their availability.
- Control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.
- Check daily conditions of all physical facilities and equipment in the outlet; makes recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure a supporting team of professionals.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all staff within the outlet.
- Know all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service. Also, have advanced knowledge of coffee.
- Give opinions and suggestions performance evaluations for all staff.
- Maintain a daily log for communication between outlet staff and with upper management.
- Promote teamwork and foster a harmonious working climate.
- Promote good public relations and handle complaints or concerns of guests.
- Handle all inventories directly involved with the operations of the outlet.
- Handle all related systems accordingly.
- Properly handle and report staff and guest accidents.
- Respond properly in any emergency or safety situation.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the management.
- Continually be aware of outlet needs as they relate to staffing.
- Control standards, performance, staff' conduct, dress code, appearance, sanitation, etc., according to established policies.
- Propose changes to improve staff's performance and teamwork.
- Keep staff informed about the company's policies and changes.
- Keep the waste factor in the outlet at a mínimal level.
- All submissions to adhere to the dateline given and/or set.

**Requirements**:

- Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Develop an excellent skill in upselling (Sales Script/Tone/Body Language)
- Problem Solving Skills, independently
- Strong leadership skills, an enforcer and executer, planner, proactive, resourceful, problem
- solving, decision making and result oriented
- Humble, always ready to listen and learn from others
- Able to grow and develop others, a natural leader and motivator
- Good interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all levels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
