As a Shared Service Specialist, you will join our Procurement department and work with different teams and global process owners to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

In your new role you will:

- Ensuring quality and effectiveness of the Supplier Master Data Maintenance processes
- Work on automation, benchmarking and data analysis but also support and execute operational tasks eg: Create and maintain Supplier Master Data in the SLM solution and SAP ERP system
- Maintain appropriate files, documents and reports regarding the Purchase to Order process handled in SLM tool to SAP solution
- Advice and troubleshoot supplier related issues and miscellaneous administrative tasks related to suppliers
- Conduct training session, stakeholder communication on new guidelines and processes from Business Process Owner.
- Create, monitor and follow upon KPI reports for all countries served.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or equivalent field of studies
- Fresh entry (experience in Procurement/IT environment will be an added advantage)
- 1-3 years of similar work experience preferred but not required
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, Excel (Macro), PowerPoint, and Outlook, supplier lifecycle management solution and SAP S/4 is preferred
- Experience with data analysis and processes and an end-to-end view
- Interest in process automation
- Change management skills and analytical thinking
- Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates the highest standards of professional behavior in dealing with stakeholders
- Fluency in English (mandatory). Speak, read, and write fluently in Chinese
