Admin/operation Executive

To maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, supplier’s information and documentation.
- To issue purchase invoice, follow up the status of all pending orders, delivery and verifying invoices
- To issue a formal quotation to customer when receive quotation (pricing) from supplier and issue Sales order when receive order from customer.
- Act as a coordinator between supplier and salesperson.
- Check the status of sales order and purchase order and purge it in the system from time to time.
- Search for new supplier to meet the customer’s needs.
- Other ad hoc duty assigned by superior from time to time.
**Job Requirement**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 -2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be able to meet deadline and perform under pressure.
- Good in computer literate and communication skill.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
- Location office & warehouse : Lot PTD 42331, Jalan Seelong Jaya 17 ,Mukim Senai, 81400 Senai, Johor
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
