**Our Client**
Our Client is a Food Manufacturing company incorporated in 2019 which mainly produces hot pot and soup based series. which is a famous domestic catering brand in Malaysia.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee office administration, including office buildings, equipment, stationery control, pantry supplies, etc.
- Manage employee welfare, including meals, holiday gift packages, medical subsidies, etc.
- Handle the full spectrum of HR including attendance, payroll, training and development, and performance management.
- Responsible for all staff movements (recruitment, exit, transfer, etc.).
- Work closely with all Government / Agencies for work permits, licenses, etc.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
**Requirements :**
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word & Excel
- Own transportation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate ability to work and collaborate in a team setting.
- Good problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Language: Can **read and speak Mandarin **as need to liaise with China side
- At least degree in relevant studies.
- Age below 30.
- At least 3 years of experience as an admin / HR.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
