- Prepare meeting minutes and proposals.
- Arrange and co-ordinate on travel and accommodation for directors and managers.
- Organize and schedule external activities and in-house company events.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers and customers on meeting arrangement for the GM and MD.
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Data collection as requested by management
- Manage office facilities, stationeries and other day-to-day admin related task.
- In charge of cleaning and security services.
- Any other job and task assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
