**Position: Personal Assistant (PA) to Chief Operating Officer (COO)**

The Personal Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) plays a pivotal role in supporting the COO in managing daily operations and administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.

**Responsibilities**:
a) Coordinate and manage the COO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

c) Provide administrative support to the COO, including drafting documents, preparing presentations, and handling expense reports.

d) Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required. Ensure all necessary materials are provided in advance.

e) Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.

f) Assist the COO in coordinating various projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

g) Research various topics as requested by the COO, providing summaries and recommendations as needed.

h) Undertake special projects and assignments as delegated by the COO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

i) Foster positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients on behalf of the COO.

j) Prioritize tasks effectively, anticipating needs and proactively addressing them to support the COO's objectives.

**Qualifications**:
a) Previous experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives or senior management.

b) Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

c) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.

d) High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and confidential matters.

e) Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times.

f) Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks, documents, and communications.

h) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and find effective solutions.

i) Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and assume ownership of tasks and projects.

j) Maintain a professional demeanour and positive attitude, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and reliability in all interactions and responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
