Assistant Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Handle payroll activities of the company, including monthly payroll processing and update of employee employment status.
- Handle employee's attendance records, leave records and overtime records.
- Prepare offer letters for new joiners, salary adjustment letter and update employee profile into payroll system.
- Handle data entry for new joiner, employee promotion, salary adjustment, resignation in all related HR Systems.
- Maintain proper filing and HR records for easy retrieval purpose.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.
**Qualifications**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Know in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, vlookup...) is an advantage
- Teamwork Oriented Person.
- Well experience in handling labour matters and knowledge on Employment Act & HR Policies (advantage).
