_**JOB PURPOSE **_
- **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES **_
- Handling and processing full spectrum of recruitment foreign worker including Job Malaysia, FWCMS, SPPA, KDN Embassy and Immigration Department
- To assist and handling in the administration of foreign workers and dealing with manpower outsourcing company.
- To provide regular & updated report on recruitment activities.
- Preparing documents for hiring and turnover process and handling foreign workers issue and problem.
- Developing & improving the recruitment processes to be more innovative & cost effective.
- To ensure the recruitment activites are within budget & timeline.
- Arrangement of interview, salary determination proposal, preparing letter of offer,
- Arrangement of induction program for new joiner.
- Responsible to conduct interview via phone/ face to face/ Skype.
- Assist in redesigning and formulation of recruitment policy & procedure.
- Fillup and update form JTK PA1/13 and JTK PA 2/13 for foreign worker new hire / resign
- **Foreign Worker & Others **_
- Arrange & ensure Bank Account for foreign workers completed after get new permit
- Support in any other HR administration task assigned during request from time to time
- **EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**_
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in related fields (Equivalent with experiences in related field)
- **WORKING EXPERIENCE**_
- Minimum 1 year with Recruitment and Foreign Workers experience.
- **CAREER DEVELOPMENT**_
- May progress to Senior Officer position.
**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
