HR Admin Officer

Renew office infrastructure service contracts and coordination of service arrangement eg. Air conditioner, pest control, canteen and grocery, vending machines, water & air purifier, and etc.
- Booking and coordination of any accommodation and transportation arrangement for staff from outstation or expatriate.
- Issue PR, coordination with procurement on any orders and maintain Company’s property record and its movement.
- Assist on on-boarding process including orientation.
- Assist on FW passport & permit renewal or resignation process, FOMEMA arrangement, bank opening & update arrangement.
- Assist to update FW renewal documents in HR System & SOCSO.
- Handling FW holidays arrangement & movement update.
- Handling petty cash management.
- Coordination work on festival, birthday, and others event.
- Assist on general insurance claim submission.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.**:
- **Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.**
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
