Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, regulations, payroll regulations tax, tax laws and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across all levels of the organization. Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
