**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experiences in relevant field.
- Proficiency in Payroll software Finger Tec Ingress) will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in both verbal and written: Mandarin & English.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good in communication and problem-solving skills.

**Job responsibilities**:
1) Assist HR Manager to maintain or propose the develop of HR Policies, HR SOP, HR Form & Company JD.
2) Responsible to verify employee's Attendance Report, OT Form, Leave Record.
3) Review announcements and letter with regards to HR related matter
4) Manage Employee welfare in organization
5) Handling disciplinary issue
6) Assist HR Manager for the recruitment parts (schedule interview, pre screening)
7) Other tasks will be assigned from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
